These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of The Inner Bloom's Website, located at https://theinnerbloom.org.
By accessing this website or purchasing any service or product offered by The Inner Bloom, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
1:1 Coaching Services
Journey Pierre offers personalized 1:1 coaching sessions conducted via Zoom. This coaching partnership is designed to elevate your self-awareness, mindset, and skills, helping you break through limitations and achieve your personal growth goals. Throughout the process, Journey provides direct, honest guidance, encouraging open communication to ensure meaningful transformation. Success in coaching relies on your commitment and willingness to engage fully.

7-Week Mentorship Program
Sessions: Includes 7 sixty-minute Zoom sessions, customized to your needs and goals.
Support: Daily voice and text support via Telegram (Monday-Friday). Please allow up to 24 hours for responses. Boundaries may be set to ensure sustainable support.
Rescheduling: Must notify the Coach at least 12 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must occur within 7 days. If no slots are available, the session may be forfeited. Sessions canceled or rescheduled within less than 12 hours may also be forfeited.
Late Policy: If you arrive late to a scheduled session, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and no additional time will be added. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without notice are considered a no-show.
No-Shows: Missed sessions without notice are forfeited unless otherwise agreed due to extenuating circumstances.
Refunds: This program is non-refundable once it begins.
Private Single Session
This is a 60-minute, one-time Zoom coaching session to experience Journey's mentorship style.
What's Included:
One 60-minute Zoom call
A $300 credit if you enroll in the 7-week mentorship within 30 days of the session
Rescheduling: Must be done with at least 12 hours' notice.
Late Arrival: The session will end at the scheduled time, and no additional time will be added. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session is canceled and no refund is issued.
Refund Policy: No refunds after booking.
Human Design Readings
What's Included:
One live 60-minute reading via Zoom
Recording of the session (delivered within 24-48 hours)
A custom PDF summary of your chart + key insights
A $222 credit toward the 7-week mentorship, valid for up to 30 days after the date of your reading.
Client Responsibility: You must provide accurate birth information (date, time, and location). The Inner Bloom is not responsible for incorrect chart interpretations due to inaccurate data.
Rescheduling: 12 hours' notice required.
Late Arrival: Sessions end on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session is canceled and considered a no-show.
Refund Policy: Non-refundable after booking due to time and preparation involved.

Credit Use Disclaimer
If you complete both a Human Design reading and a private single session, only one credit (up to $300 total) may be applied toward the 7-week mentorship. This ensures energetic balance and maintains the integrity of the mentorship container.
Workshop Services
Journey Pierre offers live virtual workshops conducted via Zoom. These sessions are designed to support your growth, learning, and self-discovery, and may include teachings, exercises, and interactive discussions.
Live Access & Replay: When you purchase a workshop before the scheduled event, you will receive a Zoom link to join live, as well as access to the replay recording. The replay link will be delivered via email within 48 hours of the event. If you purchase a workshop after the live event has already taken place, you will receive access to the replay only. You will not receive a Zoom link or be able to participate live.
No Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the workshops and the immediate access to the Zoom link and/or replay content, all workshop sales are final and non-refundable. Please ensure your availability or willingness to view the replay prior to purchase.
Email Communication: By purchasing a workshop, you agree to be added to our email list. You may receive workshop-related communications, bonus content, future offers, and exclusive discounts. You can unsubscribe at any time, though doing so may limit your access to workshop materials and follow-up communications.

Confidentiality

Please note: Live workshops may be recorded and shared with other participants or future buyers. Individual contributions (e.g., Q&A or comments) made during the workshop may appear in the replay.
