These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of The Inner Bloom's Website, located at https://theinnerbloom.org.
By accessing this website or purchasing any service or product offered by The Inner Bloom, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
1:1 Coaching Services
Journey Pierre offers personalized 1:1 coaching sessions conducted via Zoom. This coaching partnership is designed to elevate your self-awareness, mindset, and skills, helping you break through limitations and achieve your personal growth goals. Throughout the process, Journey provides direct, honest guidance, encouraging open communication to ensure meaningful transformation. Success in coaching relies on the Client’s commitment and willingness to engage fully. If at any point the Client feels the coaching process is not aligning with their expectations, they are encouraged to discuss this with Journey.

Workshop Services
Journey Pierre offers live virtual workshops conducted via Zoom. These sessions are designed to support your growth, learning, and self-discovery, and may include teachings, exercises, and interactive discussions.
Live Access & Replay: When you purchase a workshop before the scheduled event, you will receive a Zoom link to join live, as well as access to the replay recording. The replay link will be delivered via email within 48 hours of the event. If you purchase a workshop after the live event has already taken place, you will receive access to the replay only. You will not receive a Zoom link or be able to participate live.
No Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the workshops and the immediate access to the Zoom link and/or replay content, all workshop sales are final and non-refundable. Please ensure your availability or willingness to view the replay prior to purchase.
Email Communication: By purchasing a workshop, you agree to be added to our email list. You may receive workshop-related communications, bonus content, future offers, and exclusive discounts. You can unsubscribe at any time, though doing so may limit your access to workshop materials and follow-up communications.

By purchasing any service, you agree to be added to our email list to receive updates, resources, insights, and exclusive offers. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Confidentiality
Journey Pierre upholds the highest level of confidentiality in all coaching interactions. Client information will never be shared without explicit verbal consent, except when required by law.
Please note: Live workshops may be recorded and shared with other participants or future buyers. Individual contributions (e.g., Q&A or comments) made during the workshop may appear in the replay.
1:1 Coaching Program Details
Sessions: Includes 7 one-hour Zoom sessions. Each session is tailored to the Client's needs and goals.
Support: Access to daily support via Telegram. Please allow up to 24 hours for responses. The coach may set boundaries around the use of this support to ensure time management.
Late Policy: If you arrive late to a scheduled session, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and no additional time will be added. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without notice are considered a no-show.
Rescheduling: Must notify the Coach at least 12 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must occur within 7 days. If no slots are available, the session may be forfeited. Sessions canceled or rescheduled within less than 12 hours may also be forfeited.
No-Shows: Missed sessions without notice are forfeited unless otherwise agreed due to extenuating circumstances.
Satisfaction Guarantee (1:1 Coaching Only)
If you are not satisfied with the program after the first two sessions, you may request a refund for the remaining balance of the program, which would be $2,705. The initial session fee of $1,082 is non-refundable. After the second session, no refunds will be offered.

User-Generated Content:
Where applicable, users may post comments or reviews. By posting, you confirm:
You own or have rights to your content
Your content does not violate laws or intellectual property rights
Your content is respectful and non-harmful
You grant The Inner Bloom a non-exclusive license to use your content for promotional or educational purposes.
